  • moofius or mofius lol

  • I gotta say, whoever plays Agent Smith in these videos does a great Hugo Weaving impression.

  • thumbs up if u saw "cut the crap!" on the wall at the end

  • i love meat but after seeing animal abuse and stuff i think ill stick with salad until the "Farm" Factorys give up! down with Animal abuse!

  • The Jungle

  • I love the guitar piece at the end! Does anybody know the song name/author or where I can find some tabs or something for it? Great video, very powerful message being sent with great animations and a bit of humour too! Eating meat = good. Eating meat farmed in that way = bad D:

  • I know that all the self-righteous folks who think that eating meat should just be left up to their choice would NOT defend the choice of the Socialist or Communist parties in America to appear on the ballot, or the choice of pot smokers to consume pot, or of drug users to consume cocaine or meth, or that felons be allowed to vote.

  • @deskset24 lol YOU DONT KNOW JACK BOUT BACON! ......EPIC MEALTIME

  • Yes, eating meat IS wrong. Just because you don't think it is doesn't mean the animals should be forced to suffer because of your lack of responsibility. They don't have a choice. Breeding animals for meat should be outlawed.

I suppose you think that having sex with children is not wrong, even if you & I don't do it, that it should just be left up to the molestor's choice.

  • lmfao, i feel violated somehow by this video, but its still awesome!

  • WOO! SAVE THE ANIMALS!

  • HOORAY FOR GRASS FED COWS!!! Much better than the disgusting packaged shit that people call meat these days.

  • My teacher used this in class. We're going to learn all about factory farming. Thanks!

  • OMG MOOPHIUS XD

  • @EllOEllproductions vegitarian

  • Makes me hungry for a burger.

  • Unfortunately, no one can be told what the Meatrix is. You have to see it for yourself.

  • hello everyone. the whole meatrix series is actually true. I know because I learned this in my Science class. The way to stop factory farming is to buy meat with these things on the labels:

    Organic

No RBGH(the growth hormone that makes cows produce more milk. this can also be pased down to humans and has effected us)

    No Antibiotics(this makes new bacteria)

    Pasture Raised

    Grass Fed(especially for beef)

  • The whole series was very shocking. I hope it's not true!

  • @chattycheese it is actually true

  • @chattycheese its true, that actually does happen. all the time.

  • @chattycheese It is, buddy. That's why they make this stuff.

  • @chattycheese its all true.....Welcome to the Meatrix

  • moofius hahah!

  • this is pretty short sighted, if you really want to know how the meat industry works then watch the video "if slaughterhouses had glass walls" or the video "meet your meat".

  • teacher showed this to us in gcse a few years ago.

  • lolage!

  • mmmm I could murder a big mac....

  • yeah i'm not stopping eating meat cuz of this...

  • @AeroDream1 this video isn't meant to make you stop eating meat. It's making you eat safer and better meat that aren't from factories like this

  • Yeah, this use to happen back in the 19th century. Read The Jungle by Upton Sinclair. Not no more peoplzzzzz!!! Mistreatment of all these animals, on the other hand is sinful and a reality.

  • Boring and mostly propaganda, definitely!

  • The first one is more factual, even though it's still a little biased.

  • The short reeks of patronizing and bigotry, how about showing things a little ambiguously and actually portraying meat factory owners as people? one dimension characters dont convince any independant self respecting human being.

  • That guy probably got turned into a hamburger, Yay cannabalism!

  • This is not propaganda this is reality !

Humans don't care about animals anymore and only want to make profit. They raise meat and steacks , not cattle ! And this is a shame. I'm not saying that we don't have to kill animals, no. We need meat to live but I blame the farmers who don't respect animals as living beings

  • of course. stupid maniac christ.

  • TOTAL PROPAGANDA

Yes, Meat is processed on an extremely large scale. is that bad? NO!

In the long run these processes drive costs down, lowering the costs so that people struggling to survive have it easier. This is nothing but an exaggerated attempt to fool you.

  • Lobbying by multinational corporations have driven food costs down -- and not for the better.

Educate yourself even the slightest bit about how agricultural subsidies (especially for corn and soybeans) work in America, and their terrible repercussions on meat production, food processing, and international economics (hint: Mexican maize and NAMBLA).

You're letting them pull the sheep's skin over your eyes.

  • orphmet your just as loaded with bullshit as FREERANGESTUDIOS is.

Educate yourself the slightest bit on how supply and demand works, and its wonderful repercussions on the cost of food.

Subsidies Causing terrible repercussions?? Thats like saying welfare should be banned because some people abuse it.

Really it sounds like you want to look smart but there is absolutely no credibility to your post. And I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT the North American Man Boy Love Association has to do with ANYTHING!!

  • knowing theres crap in beef im not going to be able to eat a burger without throughing up

  • don't worry these kinds of movies are stupid, the food and drug administration would shut down the plants

  • The first bit was the funniest!

  • and I'm watching this 30 minutes before dinner.

They criticize China's toxic milk and yet they don't do anything about these horrible factory farms in their country.

  • Cheetah's and Great Whites don't kill every last Gazelle and Seal. They also don't make computers and Youtube. Humans have a conscious and the capacity for empathy. We should use it...again unless you are just evil. Recognize another creature's right to exist simply for the sake of existing, not to be on your dinner plate.

  • Its a bunch of crap but funny

  • You have obviously never been to the Iowa. These big factory farms are everywhere there.

  • as boring as crap

  • Being a vegetarian is not a healthy lifestyle, humans are omnivores for a reason, and our body needs meat.

  • Hitler was Vegeterian

  • My god, how profound! By implication all veggies must be Nazis and so hate Jews. I will kill them all tomorrow, after my morning coffee break......

  • so your on my side? :S

  • You can eat meat and still treat the animal you are eating with respect. It is giving its life for you afterall.

  • if it were meant not to be eaten, it would have evolved a way out of it.

  • So that is a reason for humans to treat them in a cruel manner? How evil are you?

  • How evil is a great white to a seal, how evil is a cheetah to a gazell? Human evolution jump started when we began consuming animal proteins.

  • I totally agree with you !

  • this sucked

  • umm...what

  • go meat!! power to the omnivores!

  • Eating meat is not wrong, but animal abuse and worker-exploitation certainly is. The expression goes, "have your cake and eat it too." The whole point of this is that there is a better, more responsible way of getting that juicy top sirloin onto your dinner plate. But hey, if want to cut out meat altogether, that's your choice. Me, I buy organic and locally. Plus, I'm happy with a 2-4oz. serving rather than 20!!!

  • That's a very good point that many people don't understand.

  • who cares how you raise it your going to kill it anyways its better to give it misery so you can take it out of it

  • @Marquis0Vulpes82 there is no such thing as top juicy sirloin from the market. when they process it they add salt water to add weight to maximize profit and minimize authentic flavor. you are paying for water at the price of meat

  • oops i ment to mark this as a good comment and i marked it bad. i really do agree with this. i try not to eat much red meat

  • How else can you get a really good source of iron? Protein? All in one tasty package?

  • there not protesting the eating of meat just how they go about it in their unsafe fashion.

    I love the beef too.

  • beef is healthy

  • Beef is not healthy in anyway. Stop eating it.

  • Some Nazi experiment must be producing a load of Cartman clones going by the kinds of spoilt brats leaving comments here, and anyplace else that shows up their lifestyles to be the ridiculous shame they so truly are.

What kind of parents raise their kids to be fat tarded ignoramuses? Fat tarded ignorant parents maybe, who routinely sell their kids asses to be plugged by satan.

  • gay

  • I am a hippie and even i think this video is a little soy-cheesy. good message though

  • lol pig chicken and cow:

    mad cow

    chicken flu

    swine flu

  • Wow...I really can't have hamburgers any more....

  • im sick of these flippen hippies...this sucks so badly!

  • This sux so badly !

  • wow, this video is fricking retarded

  • Haha, cut the crap! xD

  • honestly some meat is too much trouble, i hate steak because it's so expensive and has too much damn fat on it.

and when you get the steak without the fat, it costs more. arrrrg

    meat is frusterating

  • Cut the fat off.

  • LOL. Nice.

  • Wow.. its like fox for hippies.

  • umm no bugar just fries

  • Lol so cool but Ath the same time soo wrong .And i, watch At The story of stuff and thats video its very Very real.I,

    Ps the last comentary

  • Wath is the Matrix ?I, m have seen it, but i dont undrestood exatculy how. i,m sorry

I,m for example dont eat meat.Becuse you now what.

  • more fries please...

  • Get um young, huh guys?

  • Well I don't offend your meat eating, but most of you eat meat because of the seasonings and salt, not the meat itself...

  • i could live off veggies if it wasnt for chicken strips and steak..

seasonings are a part of the meat if you ask me but reguardless what im saing here is i eat meat cos all the taste Together!

  • will you eat ants like on survivor just to get protein

  • Woah, that was kinda lame...

  • omg. i watched this film in my biology lesson cuz we were doing about intensive farming. most of the class were falling asleep lol.

  • Eating meat is good for you, but not Fast food meat.

Like in store-wars, organic meat is usually made more carefully.

I'm not sure if the rumor about the old lady finding a chicken head in her Mcdonalds chicken nuggets is true, but if it is, now you know why, I love these vids.

  • lol!

    amazing!

  • About manure on the meat... does it true?

  • Yes its True

  • well done, but you say ''do you know what they do to those animals?'' and i reply, ''no, but it's delicious.....''

    .

    .

    .

    .

nice video, but i will continue to haz cheeseburgers and whatnot.....

  • amen to that!! people make such a big deal about "going organic" and shit like that. i like my meat and i am gonna eat it god damn it

  • You're right. It's not like pigs and cows and other animals were put on the earth to be pets. Even if the manure myth was true, I'd still eat the shit happily because I like the taste. Call me gross if you want, but I'm actually using the resources on this planet, people. It's not like they're affectionate toward us.

  • yeah. if animals werent supposed to be eaten then why did some genius have the idea to eat them in the first place

  • Exactly. It's not like we can survive being healthy as complete vegetarians all our lives.

  • in my opinion being a veg head seems unhealthey. i dunno why

  • Probably 'cos meats have protein, and veggies don't. Unless you wanna look anorexic, eat meat! That's what I say.

  • amen to that!! YOU HERE THAT PEOPLE EAT MEAT OR DIE IF YOU DONT!!

  • WTF

  • haha that's pretty funny...considering i'm studying the matrix right now lol lol lol ... awesome!!

  • PETA = People Easting Tasty Animals.

MMMMM Good! Seriously though, the human body requires a range of nutrients and proteins some of which are only abundant in white and red meats. I know some vegetarians and they look like they are turning inside out. Eating meat is HEALTHY!

  • I think this video refers to meat processed for fast food restaurants. Hopefully the meat we get from our grocery store is processed a lot better, since it's not "fast food".

  • i guess this explains why i was throwing up for like a week after i ate a Mc

donalds hamburger...i still love their frys though, and i still love meat

  • If you are only a vegetarian because you think it spares animal life, think again. How many mice and things does harvesting equipment kill each year? Sustainable farming practices will save the planet, not becoming vegetarian!

  • I have not eaten much fast food for 2 years. One day 2 years ago I read lables on McDonald's meals. One Large fries is 500 calories. Average person needs 2000-2500 calories PER DAY. Most i eat fast food is Chick-Fil-a about once every month or two. Keep up the videos.

  • lol im never gonna eat cow again THANK YOU!!!!

also this was HILARIOUS ROLFMAO NICE 458 THUMBS UP

  • hey i love meat and i'm never going to stop eating cows and pigs and anything els that moves hell i'm eat a human -BUT there must be a better way to get what we need and not what we want

  • Comment removed

  • this was on my b-day teh omgness

  • hey! it tastes nice and i've never gotten ill i dont care whats in it!

  • lol this is funny. Fast food is disgusting. But hamburgers rock.

  • LOL "moofius" ...thts soo awesome

  • man when i saw theese vidios i stopped eating non-organic right away now i join the organiac revalution thanks freerange studios for reveling the truth!!!!!!!

  • Animals are so tasty

  • agh this vid makes me want a burger or a steak SOOOOOOOOO baddly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • When you order a bacon cheeseburger, you don't want to see some guy slit a pig's throat and then throw it on top of a dead cow! You just want to enjoy your meal!

  • dont eat that shit. they put chicken legs in hamburgers.

  • THEY DO? YUMMI!

  • Ya, what's wrong with chicken in burger? A little odd tasting sure but still meat...

  • funny!!!

  • I can't believe it. Wait, no - I can. Sick!

I'm eating the red pill. Totally!

  • I totally agree the world is transmorming the food were eating is unedible Cows are dying by the thousands. Great video by the way

  • I can agree with idiots in one thing... if u treat em with ads like they are idiots you are gonna prolly get idiots out of it... ads its their weapon... not ours... lol

Stop telling the truth to idiots... its not like they are gonnna get it eventually... :) lol serve em the burgers...who cares about em....

  • Addictedtoyankovic stop being a hippy. Love this burger from Mcdonalds i'm having right now.

  • that was wierd,

    cool, but stil wierd

  • Welcome to the Materialistic Global Monoculture. A land of brain dead ,insensitive ,fast food fuckwits ,shuffling around in the Super Malls.(peddlers of toxic landfill,I need it,I want it,gotta have it,A home in the western rubble!)

  • too funny, yet i get the message

  • Well I wrestle so I never have to worry about eating fast food anyways

  • Har har.

Free range animals still die for human consumption. :D

  • Four questions:

    1. Yeah?

    2. And?

    3. So?

    4. What?

  • I admire your courage.

The fact that you are willing to eat a ground up cow that was separated from its mother at birth, raised in a box, forced to eat an unhealthy diet containing chemicals sawdust and concrete, then are shipped across a country in a trailer, a journey many of the cows will not survive, then tortured, killed, and then mushed up into a patty with disgustingly unsanitary blades, shows how brave you really are..

    Either that or ignorant!

    Wonderful video by the way!!!!!

  • Lie more to me, sweetheart.

Copy/paste those lovely fabrications from PETA.

  • So this means you shouldn't be inconvenienced to live a life of misery inside a prison till you are knocked on your head with a hammer and have your throat slit. You're going to die anyway, right?

  • I have no empathy for creatures that have no empathy.

...Unless their existance pleases me more than their flesh.

These creatures can't even comprehend their own existance.

If you wish to imprison me until execution, feel free to try.

I'll have a society of sentiants to thwart your efforts. :p

  • FYI, studies show pigs are as smart as a three year old child... Now, I have a three year old sister and she is VERY aware of who she is, and I would NEVER chop her up and eat her!

Just because they don't express their feelings in the same way we do, doesn't mean they don't have them.

  • Good golly. So all this time, I've been eating human toddlers?

    Nice try, Addict. Let's reciprocate:

"FYI, studies show that eating meat will add eight years to your life... Now, I have an aging grandfather, and he is VERY thankful for the lean pork that's kept him alive for this long."

See? I can spout anecdotes with nonexistant studies too.

  • Acctually it was a documentary off discovery channel, a very reliable sorce...

AND if you want to go THAT rout... REAL studies show that NOT eating meat keeps you alive longer and reduces the risk of heart attacks...

What, you don't believe me? Go pick up "Diet For a New America" Very good book from an unbiased standpoint. So is "The China Study"

  • [sarcasm]Of course I don't believe you! Eating a diet of fatty foods could never have a detrimental effect on one's health! [/sarcasm]

You didn't have to follow the obvious crap trail I laid out for you, Addy. Your primary reason for wanting meat out of the human diet is because of your fear of harming anything with a nervous system. Your desire to see humans live healthier is clearly secondary.

    I eat living organisms.

    You eat living organisms.

    Deny this.

  • I have two reasons for not wanting to eat animals, for the animals themselves AND for the heath issue. I have two scientifically proven reasons to not eat meat. Let me ask you this, what are your reasons TO eat meat? Its harmful to the animal and harmful to humans... SO WHY DO IT!?

I can deny that, I don't eat living organisms. Seven spiders may crawl into your mouth a year or whatever. I have not eaten any meat in over a year (and plan I to keep it that way!!!)

  • Pff! "Seven spiders" is crap.

I'm talking about the plants and fungi you ingest to prolong your life against the inevitable entropy. You can't convert nonorganic matter into a self-fueling system, so you rely on killing and eating other organisms to survive.

I eat meat because it is delicious, nutritious, and readily available.

Humans have spent millennia breeding wild animals into domesticated species. Would you prefer that these species become extinct, so that they need not suffer?

  • Your right, I do eat "living organisms" if you but my standards for vegetarianism is "If it can express pain, don't eat it" If you pick a carrot up and chop it into bits, its not going to do anything, if you do the same to a pig, it will holler in pain, just like a human.

Yes, we have bred wild animals to our needs, but let me ask you, is living a life in a cage, knowing (like animals do) that your going to die in a painful way soon, really worse than being dead?

  • I realize that meat has become an important part of our culture and one day we can't just go "poof" and its gone.

STOP mass animal production. Injecting cow mothers with DNA and forcing them to have more babies is a "NO"

Once we do this, the animal population will go down considerably.

We HAVE bred them to fit our needs, just like dogs, I see no reason why we can't treat them with the same respect.

Imagine if it where cute little puppies being cut up and ground into a hamburger!

  • Some remote cultures don't mind eating canine meat. Though if memory serves, they prefer those puppies to grow up into meaty adults. I wonder what they taste like.

Of course, people over here find it repulsive to eat animals bred for human companionship. Our lifestyle has formed a curious gap between producers and consumers. Farmers who grow or raise food are considered "over there", and the practices they use have become foreign to those of us who purchase food in well-lit plastic.

  • The sheltered consumers only know of four animals:

The kind you pet and treat as if they were sentient.

The kind you swat and spray because they're icky.

The fake kind you surround your child with.

The kind that only appears as a red edible slab.

When the consumers realize how the producers create the red edible slabs, the reaction is mixed. Some, as yourself, project your humanity into these creatures. If the animal's appearace is pleasant, you might feel remorse for destroying it.

  • Although empathy allows a human to view themselves as an animal, the animal cannot view themselves as human. These emotions are one-sided, and very biased.

Fuzzy mammals often get special treatment.

Avians and reptiles might get attention.

    Fish and amphibians... not likely.

Arthropods and anything "lower" is genocide-friendly.

If houseflies looked like fuzzy kittens who screamed like babies when swat, would that be your incentive to never kill them?

  • Humans ARE animals scientifically speaking, empathy has nothing to do with it. To say "Animals are humans" is like saying "Animals are pigs" "Animals" is broad, "humans" is precise.Pigs don't see themselves as humans, just like humans don't see themselves as pigs.

WHY should "fuzzy animals" be special?

Besides, cows pigs are fuzzy and chickens are avians, so going by your rules WHY DO WE EAT THEM?

  • I DON'T swat houseflies, however, if they where screaming kitty babies, I have a feeling NOBODY would!

Actually I take that back, nobody would swat them by themselves, just like nobody wants to KILL the pig to make their bacon.

Just so long as somebody else does the killing (most) humans don't really care WHAT the animal looks like. Or if it has emotion.

  • I have to say, very nice breakdown of animals!

As far as meat eaters go, your not half bad :P

I don't "project humanity" into these creatures however. I realize that a cow will never be as smart as a human.

I see the cow for how it is. Cows have been known to travel MILES to find there babies, so I ask you, how is it humane to separate the mothers from their babies at birth?

While cows (pigs ect.) aren't human, it doesn't mean they deserve to be treated like trash.

  • Your right, some people eat dogs.

I'm not quite sure whose side your on, I could have used that EXACT paragraph to fit my argument. Farmers are "over there" and we're oblivious to it all.

    "Ignorance is bliss"

    ...

Yeah, if you call torturing and killing of MILLIONS of innocent animals blissful, I suppose that saying is true.

  • Guh. The frickin' character count has given this discussion the grace of a sawed-off shotgun.

    *ahem* Anyhoo...

I see no reason for you to deny empathy. It's the reason why you hate hurting other animals, be they human or not. Our species has the unique ability to comprehend the actions and reactions of other people, creatures, and even non-living objects.

I'm well aware that humans are animals, but trying to convince the layman of this proves daunting. Some find the comparison insulting.

  • You can be sure that I'm on the side that eats meat.

Same as the cat that slaps and blinds the hamster.

Same as the wolf that eviscerates the crying deer.

Same as the tapeworm that bores through your intestinal lining.

I once watched a nature program where a polar bear dragged a cute seal pup away from its mother, with the pup screaming as it's hide was ripped off.

You'll find that horrible if you empathized with the seal, but if you side with the bear, it's very satisfying. :D

  • The character count IS annoying!!!!!

Your right, I shouldn't deny empathy, I suppose that I meant to say my empathy wasn't misplaced. I will say that humans are unique. Our nifty thumbs has made us the dominant species on the planet. We may "rule the world" but that doesn't give us the right to abuse the weaker species.

Some probably do find being called "animals" insulting, but its true. If I where to say "You have red hair" to a redhead, would that be insulting?

  • There IS a difference between a polar bear eating a seal and a person eating a hamburger.

The polar bear EARNED that seal, he was starving, he went out, he fought and he GOT that seal! What do humans do "Um, can I have a hamburger please?"

The polar bear had NO alternative, he was BORN to eat meat.

Humans CAN survive (quite healthfully) vegetarian.

The next time you want a steak, why don't you chase a wild bull thru the forest, and kill it yourself!

  • Soooo... It's okay if humans do it the hard way?

I live in a city, so chasing down livestock would be too disruptive. Can you imagine the accidents I'd cause? What would a bull be doing in an urban environment anyhow? The beast would be attacking people, and would be put down via gunfire.

I also don't know how to properly handle the meat of a fresh carcass. It would be easier to let a professional cut it up for me. It would cost more, but it'd be worth the time, effort, and sanitation.

  • If an animal is killed in nature, its natural, and to be expected.

A long time ago, when humans DID hunt there own meat, they didn't catch much, maybe a buffalo or two. These buffalo where free to live there lives, and some where killed.

    Now days, its NOT natural!

Encaging millions of animals, and slaughtering them by machine isn't what mother nature had in mind.

Killing a bull for necessity is one thing.

Murdering thousands of helpless animals a day(when other food is available)is another.

  • Mother Nature is only the personification of an indifferent world. A nonexistent person cannot care if a bull lives or dies, nor can they care about how or why it was bred, raised, or killed.

Do you seriously consider nature as some mystical benevolent force?

    I certainly don't.

I'm becoming confused on where you stand. It sounds as if you would rather humans return to a hunting/gathering society, only without the hunters. Should we return our crops and cities into grasslands and forests?

  • While Mother nature may be a fictional being, the world is FULL of living things, while the planet itself may be inanimate, all the life on it is not. The fact that the hunk of rock we all live on has no feelings makes no difference. Everything ON the earth is alive and thats what matters.

  • I LOVE technology, heck, why do you think I spend half my time online :P

I'm just saying, when people ATE meat, we had no machines of mass destruction to kill animals, we had spears.

Now that we have animal killing factories, things are WAY out of balance.

Studies (NOT made up ones) show eating beef is a primary cause of global warming.

As our technology changes our lives, we should change as well, this includes our diet.
