@lslavychecker Some people say that white chocolate is not chocolate. But in my opinion white chocolate is chocolate because it is made from the same substance as milk chocolate and dark chocolate. White chocolate has cocoa butter, milk, and sugar. Cocoa butter comes directly from the cocoa bean. Cocoa butter is used to make white chocolate. White chocolate is really chocolate.

After realizing that Lagonoy, Camarines Sur, Philippines has been producing large amounts of cocoa beans, my mother and I were interested on how to market it either locally or by export. Here in the Philippines, instead of sending them to the a chocolate factory (which I am not really sure if there are any in our country), we make chocolate balls, consuming them either by melting them to be a chocolate drink or may eating them. Could you please suggest other household procedures I can do?

A wonderful video - but I beg to differ about "chocolate causing migraines". Most chocolates do not cause migraines but there are some high quality chocolates that do. What causes it - I do not know. I have to limit certain types of high quality chocolate otherwise I get what I call a "Chocolate Hangover".

@fudgeshoppe Actually, chocolate has caffeine in it...which if you eat high amounts of chocolate....god forbid...may actually give you a caffeine headache, which also chocolate can also help get rid of. I know a bit about caffeine headaches cause I used to suffer from them from the time I was around 18 till I got pregnant at the age of 22! So yes, chocolate can cause migraines, if you eat high amounts of it! Which I'm sure would result in one hell of a stomach ache!

This is a fascinating video. However, I wish it had addressed the 300,000 child slaves (statistic given by the US State Department) used to work the cacao farms in western Africa. Every chocolate consumer should be aware of their possible complicity in child slave labor and be careful about buying from slave-free chocolate producers.
