I got to see Nina at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles back in the 80s....she not only had phenomenal range, but could shape her voice into anything she wanted. I have never heard anyone else with this kind of amazing talent. Not opera singers, not rock divas, not anyone.

i've known her music through the years but never heard this. reinforces her case as one of the most capable vocalists ever in the world. she's always pushing, but i never thought that i would hear one of the most comforting performances ever from Nina. she's usually trying to take you out of your comfort. well if you broke both your legs, and next thing Nina came along and sang to you what just happened, it would sound like the best thing that ever happened to you in your life!
