The beef sashimi is called "gyuunotataki" and there's also a raw chicken dish called "toriwasa." If horse meat is legal where you live, you can also try "basashi." You can go to a local sushi bar and ask if they serve these types of sashimi. I've tried the chicken and beef and I thought they were OK. It's definitely an acquired taste, but they are considered delicacies.
