  • I speak spanish and english so it's a bit easier for me being thats some of your letters sound like english and some sound like spanish. However I cant get that r down. Can u please give me a tip?

    I cant stop rolling my r as if I were speakin spanish.

    you are so very right im the same way i cant pronounce the r's or in french ... or eat them like the british i speak spanish as well and so used to rollin like "peRRo" "caRRo" you know and when i speak french my R is just bad.....lol

    Thats also how spanish, and probably many other countries, pronounce W.

  • I speak french. I have lived in quebec my entire life, and this is the proper pronunciation for the alphabet. Don't go blaming him for your mistakes, you probably didn't say it properly.

  • Is there any where I can download a full learning programme, for free? I can speak french because I learn't it during school, but only basic. I learn't the alphabet but can't remember all of the words and would like to be able to speak fluent french. I would also like to be able to speak fluent Polish as there are many Polish living in England, but I'll start with french thanks

  • This letters are very similar to polish letters :) Just 4 of them sounds different. I's very easy haha xD

  • These are letters with «diacritiques», they are not in the alphabet.

    The letter+the diacritique:

    ^ accent circonflexe

    ` accent grave

    ´ accent aigu

    ¨ tréma

    Â, À, Ê, È, É, Ë, Î, Ï, Ô, Û

  • I did not know that it's the same alphabet as English. I never really even thought about learning the French alphabet but learning it is pretty DOPE! Thanks for posting this, now I can kinda say most of the alphabet and because of youtube (and others help) I can speak to 20, working on to 30, in French. Very helpful this vid was!

  • french alphabet also has some other "letters" like é à á etc, and we rarely ever say K, and a few others!
