How to install the EL13 Odexed Blue Rom on the Samsung Epic 4G Touch

I get this message: E:failed to verify whole-file signature E:signature verification failed Installation aborted. The phone is not bricked, but I cannot upload any ROMs. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Need help. Rooted the the phone with e4gtauto. When I try to load a ROM, I get the android and a white triangle with a yellow exclamation point. Every time when I try to load a ROM, it will abort it. Can this be fixed?
