The makeup was great. The impression was pretty close too. It was kind of like if u ran the joker's voice through sound editting software and raised the pitch a few notches. Awesome work tho, I'm impressed.

You did good but your voice is a bit on the low side. You should make it a bit higher and POOF! you're on the spot, with lots of practice.

The majority of the voice is good, but as everyone else said, too slow. Also, he needs to be menacing and explosive. You're getting there though!
