In the uk its great if they give you a bad order, call them up, say you have a wrong order and you get a free pizza, and if you keep doing it and they complain to you then call the main office and you get like £50 worth of free vouchers and the store gets fined £50 by the main office along with the free vouchers so £100 down the drain =P

It's pretty bad when you have to remind an entire store chain about a pre-school children's level program for basic reading/alphabet/number comprehension.

We're very lucky to have a Sparky's Pizza nearby. They know us on a personal level to where we call in a pizza, it's ready in fifteen minutes when they estimate about a half-hour (That's Giant pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, etc. and Parmesan breadsticks), and they say "See you next time guys" to us as we pay for it.

@dj9volt Yeah. They're no more expensive than the local Papa Murphy's, but the overall quality is leaps and bounds above anything the big chains can muster. The Parmesan Schticks are twisted breadsticks with Parmesan-garlic topping, and the cheese is always so stringy and good, and the drive home is torture because the pizza is so hot that it fills the car with its scent.

I normally hate olives and mushrooms on pizza, but Sparky's uses the good fresh stuff, like it was just picked that day.
