attacks that exceed 9999 are my favourite! shockwave pulsar is one of them. the other is cactuar's attack, at lvl 100 he deals 10,000 dmg. also, kamikaze is an attack that exceeds 9999, though I don't like it too much...

I hatehatehate Cactuar, always such a pain to defaet. Each time his HP got low, he ran away. It's just best to cast Haste on your party and pummel him with attacks, especially limit breaks and tough GFs. In my humble opinion, I think Squall, Rinoa and Quistis make an exceptionally good team.

JC is weak against Water, so If you have Quistis, use aqua breath. And use Leviathen(unless you're in an anti-juntion game)

man juctioning with GF is alot easier.. Even at the beggining of the game. If you start off first thin i do is get Ifrit than i go to the training center and train Ifrits +20% str than +40% str than the +1 str everythime you level. once you get the first two you already hit in the 300s or 400s

You know man, one of Quistis' limits contains "meltdown" ----I think it's the one called Acid something. I use it all the time on Ultimecia, since I don't fight the last bosses with magic attacks, and only limit breaks too. It's the fastest way to end any battle, I think. ^.^ Still, that's awesome how you fought all the way through without junctioning, Kudos! ^.^

Actually, I just looked it up from my old game file. It actually is called "Acid" ...It's like one of the last of Quistis' limit breaks you can obtain. I have every one of Quistis' limit breaks but "RayBomb" ---I never use Bad Breath though...I think it's highly unfitted Quisty to have such bad breath, lol...

*sigh* u dont need a PC version of the game..theres somethin called a pocketstation, its kinda like a tamagochi, but it contains data that has the same effect as a memory card, u just put it in ur Ps1/ps2 then u download the story of cactuar and chocobo, and then if u encounter a cactuar, prox 20 times or so, he'll come and give u items like, samantha souls, steel curtains, dark matters, pulse ammo and stuff..

How were you able to get Shockwave pulsar? You need Siren at level 100 to refine 100 Curse Spikes into the item that lets her learn that move, which means you would've had to junction Siren at some point in the game...

Unless you're posting this as just a way to beat Jumbo Cactuar without junctioning, but you went through the game with junctions...

you need to have 100 curse spikes and then go too tool RF if you have it then make the curse spikes into a dark matter which is the item that makes quistes learn shockwave pulsar

well you can see... they're invincible after each Invincible Moon, and they go semi-transparent. When the transparency goes, the Invincibility has worn off. This normally happens after each of your characters have had 3 turns. It is then that I use Rinoa again and hope for another Invincible Moon (becasue it is random; she culd either do that or Angelo Cannon).
