It is unfortunate that Mark (the cartoon man in the video) doesn't realize that while he was driving or even taking public transportation to get to the airport for the flight he was in much more danger!
@FudbalskiZavisnik Hi, I am just wondering how you got on during your flight. I think you're super-brave to go for it. I have a flight coming up in May, which gives me some time to work on the panic attacks, but the truth is, if I have one, I'll have one. I might have to get the boat back home!On one of my flights I had children being sent to watch me having a terror, under a huge jumper. It doesn't help when children (or adults!) scream. Do you have any tips?
I lived this for MANY years to the point of weeks before flying I would have attacks - bad attacks with hyperventilation and tingling hands, eyes and feet. I don't know when it happened but when I excepted the fact that those feelings are simply exaggerated feelings and can't hurt me the fear slowly started going away. I can't remember the last one but for a man who lived through many a day for 10 years it's nice to see such a video helping others to get back to a normal life.
Ive lived exactly what happens in this video. I can safely say that THIS IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE. Let it come, let it happen, that is the secret. As soon as you let it come, it will go away immediately. Good Video.
WOW! So the secret is to just accept it? To let go? To just release? What the f++k, why not? The aircraft will land, no matter if we have the fear or not!
Usually i put my head between my knees to prevent me panicking. I always tell my self that everything is all right and when i feel bettter i read a book or do
I feel you Mark. Good Job!
