If you're healthy and have enough blood to give, why not donate? It's just in your body waiting to be given. I think that if you're able to give blood, it's selfish not to.

These are awesome videos! Kudos to Johnson & Johnson for funding them. It amazes me that California imports 20% of their donated blood to save lives. Come on California! Your fellow Californians need you!
