there is no difference in powerstroke and international powerstroke is just a marketing name ford used starting with the 7.3

@pwrstrokediesel Well the power strokes had more horsepower than the internatial turbo. 92 or 93 and earlier are all non turbo diesels. I forget what year they went turbo.

dude, thats a nice truck. kinda beat up, but thats part of what makes it bad ass! i was gonna get one of them 4 doors, 1986 ish. the only thing is they didnt have turbos on them. hint hint there buddy. the 7.3 idi was the first factory turbo by ford. in mid 1993
