Found this really useful and enjoyed practising it. Pamela manages to include all the excuses I put in my way, but then leads us through the affirmations and tapping process to be open to expressing ourselves more freely and therefore with less of a struggle Will probably buy the book.

I really like this, until you get to the part about asking the "universe" for help. I have yet to figure out why Law of Attraction work cannot include God as the giver of all blessings. Changing the word is not difficult for me, but "universe" is a turn off. I guess for those who do not have God as their "higher power", the turn off runs the opposite direction, eh?
