Besides their other hybrids that are not worth mentioning, GM has their Chevy Volt that will retail for almost $40,000. Even with the $7,500 tax credit it'll be eligible for and it's supposed 260 mpg economy, you would have to drive it practically forever to break even vs the Prius.
