Actually look at the beginning of the video, the gas gauge goes up while he is accelerating then settles back when he gains inertia.

LoL...yeah...legally is good. Just watch out for other people on the road...because they aren't watching for you... I've had more friends die when they were doing 35mph, than I've had die doing over 100mph... That's not my way of telling you to do outrageous speeds either... Know your surroundings before you ever crack that throttle... Nothing worse than an unexpected turn, deer, or anything in the road when you're doing 100+

It's a 2001... I have owned it since day one, and have only put 9200 miles on it...mostly because I was still putting alot of miles on my 1997 GSXR750 for the first 4 years I owned the '01. I also had a 2000 ZX12R, but only for a few months before trading it in on the '01 GSXR...The ZX12R was too bulky for me, though I loved the power of it....it was 100lbs heavier than my '01 750

Thats a nice bike. Once i ride a sport bike, i think i will find it quite easy to handle since the only thing ive ridden is my dads '99 shadow. That thing weighs nearly 500 lbs! but even still, i can rip some pretty sick burnouts on that thing... and sometimes even some drifts on some hard corners.
