Chrome is an alloy. Also, I don't agree with the price either but the engines of those cars are built with a much higher standard than those of traditional regulars and even many exotics. These cars are meant to last and don't easily break down in the toughest of situations. I don't agree with the price but you're not just paying for a fancy look with this
