@isantamies2 It's called European Extreme because the US can't handle that difficulty so only the Europeans have that option. And yes, I have beat MGS3 on EE, not MGS2 though.

IIRC at the beginning if you just run forward to the end of the corridor then aim the Mosin Nagant back down it, he'll be at the end of it within clear sight, like he should be since he flew off directly behind you. It takes a pretty good bit of stamina off, and it's quicker at the beginning so the reload time doesn't matter much. But hey, this took me quite a while (I did all stamina kills 8D) so no complaints.

oh if u want to use the mosin nagant to kill him on stamina then to get the gun ( the mosin is a sniper) you have to have killed The End from stamina depletion

you get when you defeat a boss using guns like mk22 or mosin nagant or in other words by depleting the enemy's stamina down to nothing.if you do that you will get the enemy's camo uniform!!

it is.mosin nagant is the end's rifle.you can take it from him by killing him too by depleting his stamina...

Nice work. I was going to go back and stamina kill everyone in MGS3 after I beat MGS4 stamina killing every boss.

I remember when I killed the Fury the first time I got really surprised at how much extra damage you'd do with a sniper rifle when he was counting down for his ignition to the other side of the sewers. I'm guessing the tranq gun is capable of that as well.

If you want just stamina, you can use the mosin nagant. Its sniper tranq. That makes doing the speedraw between shots -quickly holstering, then un-holstering- extremely hard.

I also try lobbing stun grenades at him to make him stay there and give me more time.
