I've always liked video game music for its ability to instill feelings on the player.

The first battle music is sorta saying "Aw ya! Time to battle!", and sorta revs the players up for fighting.

This one seems to instill more of a feeling of challenge, as it makes the enemy sound intelligent and tricky, not to be messed with by anybody in their right mind.

Of coarse, I've never heard this version ingame, so Idk what it's used for.

I don't know why, but for me it seems easier to notice the "Battle 1" song in-game... I can only remember this song from one fight...

Nope. Main Theme plays then.

I'm not sure if there's any rhyme or reason to when this one plays, but I usually notice it when fighting waves of Gremlins in Jigsaw Valley.

@GuruShyGuy its also during one of this two ring rooms at the clockworks, where you have to shoot two switches, and then in the middle theres a switch that allow you to go on but then you get trapped
