Post Office Closures

Who owns the current Post Offices slated for closure. Are they government owned or just leased? If they owned by the government what will happen to the property after closure? If they are leased who is to stop a group of individuals from leasing to set up as a mailbox / convenience store? Couldn't a private business still offering many of the same services as the post office? Why aren't people seeing this as an opportunity to make money?

I am going to join the UKIP as I am a libdem member, but believes that there SHOULD be an EU referendum as that is TRUE democracy. Anyway, I am also joining the UKIP as alot of their polcies are Libdem related like being against the ID cards and the DNA data base, but I think the UKIP is the best option for me, thank you for your help.

They want to bring all EU countries to knees. Court battles have started re: Lisbon treaty in Germany and other member states, for this treaty violates all Constitutions!

This seems to be about centralisation of power, and the decimation of small communitys, and hence social identity.
