Also the fact that milk has a lot of calcium doesn't really help us, because there are enzymes in milk that make it hard for humans to absorb calcium. Not so strange considering cow's milk is made for baby cows, who have completely different systems than us.

and that guy in commercial is simply getting OLD. its a normal thing, you'll get constipation, your kidneys and livers are messed up, you are deaf, you need glasses. you should be more worried about HORMONES, they are actually making your bones strong.

in ancient greece there was an athlete that could carry a young bull, kill it with bare hands and eat it. all what he ate was meat, meat and again meat.

its a human abuse to scare the kids with these commercials.

I cant believe how they brainwash us that sucking cows titties will make you stronger. you can eat anything and you'll get strong. archeological evidence shows egyptians were feasting on sheep, fish, beef, bread, veggies when they were building the pyramids. no milk?

70% of humans dont drink it. hip fracture is unheard of in places that dont suck cows titties. a normal mammal stops with milk after infancy. cows milk is bad for your bones. you dont have to believe everything they tell you.

Calcium in milk helps bones and protein in meat helps muscles. Even 7 year old kid knows that (at least in country where I live). And this is a fact not some political shit or religious myth. In fact im I would bet that you cant be that stupid or nontrusting about as simple thing as this. Your probably just acting and watching how everybody will react or that kind of shit.
