of course, i dont think that dogs like getting there tails docked just as you would like to have your finger docked. it is very pain full for the dog. think of the dog first before you do somthing like that, and docking is for the humans plesure, not the dogs.
My dog is 6 months and is going to have to have this done because he whacks his tail on stuff and it breaks the skin and he sprays blood all over everything and its very messy and gross to clean -_- I'd rather he have his tail...but its getting to be annoying when he's always trying to eat the bandages we put on there for him.
looks like a lot of blood loss... starts bleeding then starts pouring out as you can see they don't bother to cauterize and those "sutures" don't look like professional work to me... I'd NEVER take my do to them for anything...

@boysinthatmouse i dont agree with it either, however this one might have been due to an injury since they generally are done at birth if its cosmetic. it is a little uncalled for to just use random curse words to try to get your point across.

This is mutilation. Thankfully, it is now banned in the UK :D

@tonyinc13 your best bet is to tell a vet where you want them cut and they will do it for you. since you probably arent trained to do sutures.
