Hi! your video is great!. I want to tell you that I've used your video to illustrate a song translation I've made. Watch it if you can...(I really hope you don't mind!)
That is absolutely beautiful. I have an Antique Apparatus repro that plays 45's. Its the closest I'm going to come to an original for a long time probably, but I love it. I actually like that it plays so many more selections than the original.
Hi there. I have been a jukebox collector for 35 years and have 17 restored machines. The only difference between the '46 & '47 1015 was a backlit curtain and an extra bulb in the lighted arch.
Although the repros sound good, the originals ALWAYS sound better...
not only that though the colors on the original are done soo much better as well I'm not 100% sure but it seems like yours has a couple of more colors in it than the new ones do
The new 1015 has it's place. I would not want to put this 1015 in a busy location and have the up keep on the mechanical parts. The new 1015 will be less trouble with all the modern technology inside the vintage looking cabinet.
I will agree that the vintage sound can not be topped.

Yes I could and a a great idea.I think the cracking sound is the cheap tripod my camera was mounted on.
Thank you for watching my video.

Couldn't you just mount the microphone and stay away from it while the jukebox played. That crackling is so annoying that it ruins the whole thing.
