Saw her last wed in Naples fl. 3-17-11 she can play with anyone and pretty much has. The late Les Paul and Chet Atkins, shes on top of her game and a wonderful person too. She also used to play the avant guard jazz with the best. She can improvise which is cool in an "institutionally trained" player. At home at the Philharmonic or a Hoe Down. She kicks country too !

I've seen Muriels twice and Tommy E. once in this local venue, very intimate, close setting. She is a very petite woman. I think I may be taller than her when I'm sitting down than when she is standing up. I had her show me her right hand after a show and was struck by how relaively small it was. She's a class act folks. Well worth the price of admission...

Yes, she is, very petite. I saw her in Kentucky at the Hardin Performing Arts Center. Killer performance. I know what you mean about her hands. Heck you can see that against the fret board, compared to my hambones, she takes up very little of the fret board. I can't see how she gets some of the stretches she does. And yes, she is a very class act and a darn nice and attractive lady. If you get a chance to see her show, I highly recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful!! I've heard Chet do a very similar arrangement of this piece as Anderson plays here.  According to her website, she and Chet were friends. I know he influenced many guitarist during his life, but in this case it's hard to tell who influenced who.
