Chrome is... well chromium....which is a metal.... is dissolved into nitric acid making a chromium nitrate solution that is used to elecrically transfer chromium ions to the object being chrome plated...thus chrome wheels are born...This however looks like paint.....It simply does not have near the quality or superiority of real chrome.

This isnt chroming, this is painting..Chroming is done threw electrolisys under water in tubs..I know cuz i used to do that..This is just fake chrome.But a nice product indeed.
well I guess that would make it better than actual chroming as real chroming is expensive, often not done right or burnt and is bad for the environment...
can it be bought in a spray can? i paint rims by cans all the time, this would beat having to polish any wheels, and how does it witstand brake dust??????

This tint (yellow) you get with yellow ink wich you add in clearcoat (FlashMagic-is name of ink)
