This is the Alpha combat demo for "infinity universe" its a new eve like space game (combat is different) that has 2 million star systems all unique planets (which has seemless transition to the surfice) and is absolutly amazing. Sadly, its taking for every to come out. personally i think the end of the world will come before this game is released =(

@bucknemc The game is great, even though it takes dozens of hours to actually get into and get the most fun out of. I run it on a 8800 GT 512 MB on max detail without any problems.

That said, the movie doesn't really look like X3:TC's max detail settings, which is a shame.

As you proceed further into the game, you'll be able to build stations that produce goods that you can trade with. You can place them in a "sector". The X3 universe consists of many sectors that belong to different races like the Terrans, the Argon and the Goners who are human and the Boron, the Split, the Kha'ak, the Xenon and a bunch of other races. There are pirates and everything. You can control HUGE armadas and you can download a mod that allows you to control BSG ships!

@Mahbu I had a game going where I had a massive industrial armament complex that consisted of 180 seperate stations, all joined together. It was so huge I could'nt look at it without crashing my PC hehe. I also had several destroyers and frigates patrolling the system to keep the Yaki pirates away. It took me over 700 hours to build it all.

You can kinda make your own company as in you can have multiple ships and stations. You can't actually get the game to recognize control of an entire sector though.

Actually there are mods out there that make you capable of claiming a sector and get the game to recognize you as the owner.

If you try to take over a sector owned by another race you'll have to wipe out every station they have there though, and they _will_ declare war.

Ich hab Sie mir selber für mein neues Projekt gescripte bzw. ein Schiffsumbau vorgenommen. ISt recht nett gemacht und wenn man alles vollpackt auch sehr stark..

Nettes Video... vielleicht ein bisschen zu viel für deinen PC (aber drei Walhallas sind wohl für die meißten Systeme ein Horror :D)... aber ansonsten schöne Bilder ;)

Btw... ich glaube die beiden meinen die grünen Laser. Das sind die Plasmastrahlgeschütze, die auch die Geschütztürme verwenden. Nicht unbedingt besser als PIK, aber sehr treffsicher.

Ich benutze den Combat Mod 3, des weiteren sind das Photonenimpulskanonen. Ich hab die nur auf der Walhalla installierbar gemacht per X3-Editor ;)
