That's absolutely excellent. does it scan the image at the same resolution that is displayed on the screen? or is it higher and downsized to fit?

How did you power fuctions motors connected to the NXT?

I used "Power Functions Extension Wire" (One ending is "PF-Connector and the other is "Old 9V-Connector), and "Converter Cables for MINDSTORMS® NXT"(One end is "9V" and the other NXT).

The XL Motor are on the same Port. You can see it at 0:24

good work man!! nice use of PF motors -- one of the fastest lego scanners i've seen and the result is pretty good. What is it programmed in? NXT-G or NXC? would you share program?

I think it is programmed in LEJOS.

Adding on what roblo said, the scanning for NXT-G is much slower but has a much greater dpi.
