I assume you're referring to the fact it's the chest piece that adds the flame? If so I already came to that conclusion due to the fact that: Some Bungie Employees wear different shoulders, some wear different helms, however all of them who have the flaming helm wear the same chest piece.

However they are typically called "Flaming Helms", due to the obvious fact the helmet appears to be on fire. Which is why I referred to them as just that.
