I cut my washers using an old carto tube that has the end filed to create a cutting edge. This also cuts the hole in the washer just slightly smaller than the carto tube, creating a nice tight seal.
Wow, Great tutorial bro, I am always glad to see new innovation. I myself bought a REO mod, and now my juice feeder probs are over, but for the broke person with a bunch of KR cartos sitting around this is AWESOME!! I hate when people make stuff and just show it off, but you actually show how to build it! Bravo!
hey bro, that is one idea that ROCKS!!. in fact the best ,well for me it is, maybe its the YORKSHIRE MAN IN MY BLOOD UK, "MAKE OUT FROM NOWT" as my dear old pop used to say or ingernuity! in other parts of the UK "HA!!. electrics has always been my weak point but i"m gonna learn how to Solder tonight cos i have all the bits i need. Before i start have you changed anything on this build you think would help or is there a mark 2, dont get me wrong it"S fab just me.kind regards pete.

@SheLuvsHerIpod There is probably many ways to modify the washers. That is why I released this how to. So I can get other ideas on how to improve it and also to get other methods on the creation of the parts.
nice work....
