Jill Wagner is beautiful. There are a lot of beautiful women. So, why does Jill Wagner stand out? Personality. She comes off very charismatic, personable, and laid back. She doesn't care to premeditate everything that comes out of her mouth, so it sounds scripted or fake. She comes off (Real) and (Genuine). And, this is why she so damn attractive among the rest. Not something that's abundant in North Dakota. Fucking hate this state.
