what exhaust are you running? i have an 03 2v expedition with the lightning swap and some add-ons. i am pushing 339 rwhp, and 440 rwtq. i have the magnaflow 3" catback.

@cseverens It has long tubes, dual 2.5'" with borla stingers and cats. I was able to get the duals through the rear crossmember where the stock exhaust ran but had to modify some things so not to melt the axle boot and a/c lines. Lots of fun.

The 4.6L puts out 232 hp & 292tq..

The 2 valve 5.4L puts out 260hp & 350 tq..

The only Truck V-8 motor to make more that 300 hp is the latest 5.4L in the 2009 F-150, rated at just 310hp & 365 tq right from the Ford web site..
