@drakzin maybe when I get a better video card, fraps drops FPS by 20 and it's a bit difficult to drive when you're only getting 18fps

Oh i see...i have the 9800GT and it plays this game alright..you should really avoid this card. Its a extremely hot card and i've just finished replacing the cooler on it with a aftermarket Arctic Cooling Accelero L2 Pro and i get big temp drops and runs more quiet =]. Get a HD 4670 from ATI or anything like that but avoid the 9800GT.
