Pac will never fight Floyd because Arum and Roach both know that Floyd will end Pac's career.

More belts? Not really. Floyd has won more actual belts. he has multipel belts in many divisions, pac does not.
Also, one of pac's belts is a ring magazine belt and not a true belt. Also, two others were won at catchweights and do not really count.

Anyone can pass a urine test. Some dude who claimed to be using steroids for most of his boxing career already said you can pass urine tests very easily, obviously because he got away with it. Olympic style testing (not mayweather style testing) is the best way to clean up boxing and thats all that Floyd wants.
