that's definitely a black widow. The only spider that you might mistake for a black widow is the steatoda (false black widow) which are much smaller than that one, and have shorter legs. I live in southern alberta (canada) and we have small camel spiders, and also black widows. In fact, I have one of each living in jars in my room, both of which caught in my city by people who brought them into my work.

I've read and heard otherwise about Solifugids having venom, maybe not with Camels specifically but some apparently enough to cause at least allergic reactions. I spoke to someone who was attacked agressively by a smaller species from california desert and it caused her leg to swell up and a trip to the hospital. I Start feelin things crawlin on my legs just by watchin this video- the heebeejeebees.
