Requim for the dream is the scariest most disturbing, yet brilliant movies made. After watching it, I couldn't look at those actors again, they freak me out! That's the problem with playing such unique characters so perfectly, might be great for the movie, but it takes actors a long time to get out of that persona.... even the pretty one ... god when she went down on that creepy guy... ewe....I still get the chilles.

For people who says that Joe did nothing, I think the argument is a bit "easy" (hiding behind the strict letter of the law). There is a moral obligation of report, follow-up and make sure the story has grounds (or not) in situations where minors are involved. Do you want to have your child ass-raped and know later that someone knew but did not follow-up fully? I doubt so.

I grew up in a mostly white neighborhood and yes, they had more drugs than any black I knew. Of course media would never let you know or see that. White kids get away with all kinds of stuff. @evanstrand100 The whole thing kind of struck a cord. I had a friend get put in jail due to a rumor that started in school. The girl’s parents found out that they did have sex and made a big deal out of it so she screamed rape. He is now at the age 32 listed as a sex offender. Cuss she didn’t want to be daddy’s little whore.. and I’m sure she was scared.
