I agree with the others. crying is a perfectly natural thing to do. It's our body's response to extreme emotion, whether it be happiness, sadness, or even anger. It also shows how secure you feel about yourself. So the person that told you that is probably very insecure. Some people don't feel the need to cry, but it's all in the personality. My point being: it's not selfish.

Never hold back your tears for it's bound to happen one way or the other. Suppressed emotions is harder to repair so it's best to cleanse your pain and sorrow with the most natural way there is...tears:)

to cry there r many reasons:

1) out of joy when God gives us a gift we never thought we deserved

2)out of sorrow when something uncalled for happens

3) when loved ones stab us in the back

4) when God has repeatedly failed to heed our prayers

just an outlet for sorrow

without which one can turn psychotic

Cool video...as for your friend telling you "it's selfish to cry" ...that's one of the most ridiculous thoughts i've ever heard!...lol! :D

The reality is...it's good to let your tears flow when they need 2...keeping it all inside never did anyone any good...not in the long run ;)
