its real basicly the scooter is much more light and it reaches his top speed faster and the car takes longer to get up to its speed but if they did for twice the size they raced then the car would of evenchaly owned it..

Actually, it's a nitrous purge and it makes it so the nitrous comes on reliably, so there isn't any air in the lines when you hit the nitrous.
Seriously, if you don't know what a nitrous purge is, you're probably a ricer. :)
