Thanks to everyone for their nice comments. 'Play Guitar with Santana' is very good. You can also get good backing tracks from the CDs you get with guitarist magazines such as 'GUITARIST' and 'GUITAR TECHNIQUES' (UK). It's also possible to make your own using MIDI files you can find free on the Net.
