It's frustrating there are only two videos of this performance. This cuts off just before the baritone and child solo. This performance has such clarity in the contrapuntal vocal lines. Here's hoping that one day the rest of this will be posted to enjoy the entire piece.

Habe letztes Jahr selber einen a-cappella-Satz zu "Vom Himmel hoch, ihr Englein kommt" geschrieben, siehe "Videoantwort". Dadurch bin ich auf Euer Video gestoßen. Falls Ihr den singen wollt, kann ich ihn gerne schicken (gibts nämlich nicht im Laden). Weiterhin viel Spaß und viele Grüße

BRAVO! I am so pleased to find the best parts of Honegger's work posted on YouTube. The beautiful "Une Cantate de Noel" is not performed very often, so it was a real holiday treat to be able to pull it up and listen any time during the Christmas Season and beyond.

I wanted this for years. Sung it ages ago. Tricky to listen to but fun to sing :) Thanks for sharing

Once one has become numb to decently lined up thirds, fourths or sevenths, this seems not tricky but touching truely intensly ;)
