snus might retract the gum a tiny bit and it is not kind to the stomach, but just spit the juices out, and you should. Do NOT swollow, it's not as mild as "chew", it will mess up the stomach more.
The burning you get under the lip is normal, it will dissapear when you get what we call "pig skin" in sweden. The skin shrinks and might harden a bit, that's normal too. This is not permanent, if you stop using snus it will return to normal within 2-3 weeks.
Using snus you will get a higher nicotine craving and it will be harder to stop, although it's not as bad as smoking, health wise.
Pointers on using snus. One bag should be used for about 30 min's to 1 hour to get the maximum amount of nicotine. At first the "juices" might come earlier than 30 min's beacuse you are not used to it. For me I use one bag for 45 min's easy without getting to much juices. When it get's too much, you just spit the whole bag out.

snus might retract the gum a tiny bit and it is not kind to the stomach, but just spit the juices out, and you should. Do NOT swollow, it's not as mild as "chew", it will mess up the stomach more.

The burning you get under the lip is normal, it will dissapear when you get what we call "pig skin" in sweden. The skin shrinks and might harden a bit, that's normal too. This is not permanent, if you stop using snus it will return to normal within 2-3 weeks.
Using snus you will get a higher nicotine craving and it will be harder to stop, although it's not as bad as smoking, health wise.

Pointers on using snus. One bag should be used for about 30 min's to 1 hour to get the maximum amount of nicotine. At first the "juices" might come earlier than 30 min's beacuse you are not used to it. For me I use one bag for 45 min's easy without getting to much juices. When it get's too much, you just spit the whole bag out.
Do NOT reuse the bag's.

Frost is definitely too strong. Mellow is alright, as for the original, ive never seen that before.
For me, I dont normally get heartburn from swallowing unless I really savage out on them. After the first one im normally fine, especially with the mellow, but i guess each person is different. I'm a dipper so maybe my stomach is just conditioned better, lol.

But come on your American Camel Snus is just like gum to taste and there is next to no nicotine in it. If you want reall Frost flavoured snus get Thunder Frosted Snus.

komodore. Totally Agreed, This stuff is junk, it only has 8mg of nicotine. My Favorite REAL Snus brands are General Extra Sterk 15mg (It hits you right away, the closes you can get to a real cigarette buzz) and Thunder Frosted 16mg (Pretty Decent, the nicotine slowly creeps up on you though) but yeah, this camel frost taste just like candy there probably just trying to get kids on this stuff !

You're absolutely correct. Swedish Snus is regulated as a food product by the Swedish FDA and has been proven to NOT cause cancer by research groups around the world. It is THE safest tobacco product you can get, and is much smoother than the US junk we have here like Camel.
You don't HAVE to swallow, BTW. It's perfectly acceptable to spit the juice if it's tearing up your guts.
