From my understanding there is a whole protocol ... Salt water flush and and or epsom salt flush, and at the end do the olive oil drink and then you lay down for at least 20 minutes and lie as still as possible. I'm just saying. The "liver flush" is CREATING those stones, not removing them. According to the study by Sies and Brooker:
"Experimentation revealed that mixing equal volumes of oleic acid (the major component of olive oil) and lemon juice produced several semi solid white balls after the addition of a small volume of a potassium hydroxide solution. On air drying at room temperature, these balls became quite solid and hard."
Oh, ok....because, the gall bladder/liver flush that, I've heard about was is, a mixture that, you have to take before, you go to bed. Lemon or, grapefruit juice mixed with extra virgin olive oil.

I used epsom salts - my husband wont help me with my videos either. he thinks im crazy for putting up vids on youtube ha ha ur hubby is supportive in ur youtube, i wish mine was ok let us know what happens, u shoulda went within 5 hours and if u didnt then u arent gonna go??

No, you don't have to go to bed after drinking. Now I take my kidney-liver flush BEFORE breakfast. So I'm awake all day.
