@debthebob There probably are at least a few blacks living there. Don't know how many though. But, as per Federal Housing Laws, anyone of any race can live in The Villages. ...As long as they're 55 or older. So, if there was a black couple or individual who wanted to buy a home to live there, he/she/ they could do so. I believe homes in the Villages start around $70K on up to several million$.
