kee marcello is musically technically and passionately superior. but taste is taste. If you like norum great, hes terrific but more of a loose bluesy player. Kee is a technician. succinct and flawless. Also his use of melodic minor is overwhelming

Wacke is right that is John Norum that played that solo. By the time they were making the video for this song he had left. Kee didn't play anything on The Final Countdown all John Norum, Kee doesn't appear on recording till the next album.

It's Kee Marcello who mimes the solo in the video but the whole guitar tracks on "The Final Countdown" was played by JOHN NORUM!!! TRY TO GET THAT!!!
