if you don't mind me asking, how did you get the infinite loop going? fantastic playing, i have a carol ann od2 as well, and i may or may not have just stolen your settings for the day :p
has anyone had experience with both a Carol Ann and a Two Rock. I am after something that can nail the Two Rock Cleans at 90% - 100% tonally and in feel but get twice as aggressive and nasty for covering metal... Thinking one of the Carol Ann's might be the way to go...
I think the new Carol Ann Triptik will do what you want. I am hoping to try that one soon. The reviews are great, but I have yet to hear one in person.
The guitar is a Suhr S3 that I sent back to Suhr to get a SSV pickup installed in the neck position , new pickgaurd and Guthrie Govan type switching with blower switch, and a couple of chrome knobs.
It is in the loop. It was a Hermida Reverb. If you look to the upper left of the clip, you can see a Maxon AD999 and the Hermida Reverb on a rack tray. I have replaced both with the Strymon El Capistan. That is the "grail" pedal for me...
@FusionBear66 Perfect .. I haver one on the way with the 6L6's 100W .. I was wondering about the loop as all my D style amps need a Kleinulator or equiv or now I have found that the Wet Reverb will work without an interface as it has a buffered amp in it..
The loop is already tube buffered. It is always on and is very transparent. You can use pedals or rack effects. I am now using a Strymon El Capistan in mine
Carol-Ann in my opinion, which means nothing to anyone, is definately on the cutting edge in the amp market today. I've been a die-hard Mesa user for years, and if it weren't for the extremely high price, I would be tempted to jump ship. Amazing heads!!!

I was done by using the Providence Delay 80's in the hold mode. I use a Boss DD7 now.

No biggie, I don't like Dumble tones either. That is why I like the OD2. More like a M SuperBass on steroids.

@FusionBear66 Hey Bear..Nice demo..How do you rate the Carol against a Naylor SD60?..I have to make a decision!

@CRANKYONE100
They are different sounding amps. They are voiced differently. The SD60 has more upper mids. It is a very nice amp, but voiced closer to a Marshall.

Not familiar with the Naylor. But I hear nothing but great things about it...

great demo! when you are not using any pedals are you using a buffer or something so there is no tone loss?

@thecarlygtr
No buffer at present, but I am going to get a HBE Dos Mos and use "uno" as the buffer and "dos" as a clean gain boost.
