  • Best basic tutorial found so far. The ones at Apple are too short and not as in-depth as this, and many of the tutorials at youtube are amateurish and hard to follow because of poor production and unclear audio (mumblers please stop!!!) I was frustrated because iMovie is more feature-rich than I knew what to do with - if I follow Zeke's instructions, I can actually get something done.

  • @ccdavid1 thanks man i really appreciate it.

    but my name is Zach

  • Wait how do you add your intro to all your normal videos????

  • @filou2401 i actually made that intro in Final Cut Express

  • what if I need to mute the voices on my video clips?

  • @parichitag double click on the clip, then click the audio tab, and then slide the volume to 0%

  • thank you YouTube for the views! if you haven't checked out some of my other videos i'd really appreciate it if you did! (and i always appreciate if you subscribe!)

  • From where can i get this ?? can u send a link ??

  • @lolowis4 its part of iLife; which includes iMovie, iPhoto, and Garageband. If you have Snow Leopard or Lion you can download it in the Mac App Store

  • @iceTGaming me too

  • This was very informative and helpful. I do have a question .. And that it if you don't like something you have put in and you want to take it out hoe do you go about doing that

  • @bigsbydog you just click the clip that you don't want then hit the "delete" key.

you can also select the clip then drag the selection bars on each side to narrow the selected segment

  • thanks so much, that really helped, Julie

  • very cool ... older person here, technically challenged and new to using imovie after owning apple for well over five years ... so good to have the basics + to follow along.

  • Nice vid...I didnt know where to get started, lol.
