  • That's a traxxas .15 which is the wolds shittiest engine, not the smallest. Take it to a hobby shop. Traxxas has an engine exchange program. You can get a new one on the spot for less than the cost of a piston and sleeve for it. ...I know the box you have is for a traxxas 2.5, but the engine is a .15.

  • the world smallest engine is the cox 09

  • thats definently not the worlds smallest dumb ass the cox .005 engine is he smallest

  • Cool Vid !!!!

I used to have a 4WD porsche car.

  • the worlds smallest nitro engine is the cox .010 plane engine

cox engines.ca if you are intersested

  • wow a traxxas pro .15

  • People who think that is the World's smallest engine have been playing with their cox too much.

  • yeah its allot smaller than a cox tee dee .010

  • i own engines 30 times smaller than that!!!!

    hi mf dude

  • This is most certainly not the world's smallest engine... ;)

  • doesn't look any smaller than my OS-10 plane engine

  • Sorry to burst your Bubble there racer4560, but that is not the worlds smallest engine!!! Worlds smallest engine production wise was the COX .010 Look it up.

  • @GuitarGuys7299 Sorry to burst YOUR bubble but the smallest engine was the Alban Bambi made by the Davies Charlton company of Isle Of Man. It was a diesel of 0.1 cc which is smaller than 0.1 cu in. I sold one on ebay a couple of years ago.

  • this is not the smallest!!the smallest as far as i know is the cox 0.010 cc

  • i think this vid should be called smallest cox since the cox is the smallest engine! vid shows a bigblock so looks like you dont know your head from your ass even tho i bet they look smilar!

  • No were near the worlds smallest lol , 2.5 engine is probly the worlds smallest in a conventional matter

  • you slapped it together but the real question does it run.my answer would be not

  • Neat video, I used to do th' rc airplane thing, got a closet full of that stuff, havent flown in over 10 years! I am still fascinated with those lil' engines,

    D-Ray

  • I have a Cox .020 gas engine. It looks smaller than that.

  • @Afrocanuk i think you are right, little model airplane motors are smaller than this i think

  • Well, you sure made that look easy. Seems like if it has pistons in it, you can fix it.

  • @RamblinAround lol if it has fuel or combustion I can fix it!

  • @racer4560 wanna fix my 3.3 engine?

  • @mjbooner sure whats wrong with it?

  • I never had an engine that small..looks pretty cool.

  • Pretty cool! I replaced a CCD in my camera almost as fast in a previous video lol Let's here it run now.

  • @edzgarage lol ed, I wish I still had the stuff to make them run, Nitro is exspensive stuff we'll see though

  • Cool! I should show some of my airplane engines! Anyway, you ought to do a video of it running if possible. That would be pretty cool

  • @dirtbike5100 yeah that would be cool, did you ever fly the big plane? I'm sure everyone would like to see a start and fly!

  • @racer4560 I have to talk to you about that.

  • traxxas pro .15... i have one... not the smallest by ANY means but i bet you said it was just to have a bunch of people correct you so you get on the 'most discussed' list.

  • @dippst I guess it worked then! since you commented!

  • Comment removed

  • @jasongiddensviper478 I know they make smaller, just tinkering around lol

  • nice lol you can put pretty much anything together huh? :P

  • @BrittanyNicole1990 just about, if I don't know I'll try anyway lol

  • man racer i could use some help rebuilding my other duramax engine, shouldnt take you more then 20 mins tops as fast as you work LOL should have ported that sleeve a bit and shaved the head we could have gotten 1\16th of a horse more LOL

  • @Needmorehorsepower lol, just let me know I'll rebuild it lickity split! I have a couple engines that have been ported and polished if I was still in to it they make superchargers for these little engines now and also nitrous lol

  • Thats actually pretty neat. I saw in a magazine this weekend, a miniature desktop hit or miss engine that ran on butane! I thought about purchasing it till I saw the price.......$999.99. It was for show only... Not even functional! Weighed 2 lbs.

    Insane price!

Great vid man! That was fun to watch

  • @mbyr31 yeah I really want one of them model hit n miss engines, but its cheaper to buy a full size! lol thanks for checking it out matt!

  • @mbyr31 I didn't read that you said non functional! WTF! check out some of the model hit n miss engines atleast they actually run lol

  • what size engine is that? i think i have the same one i think its like a 3.0cc

  • @pimpinpenz this is a baby engine its a .15 CI which would convert to about 2,5cc you were pretty close there buddy lol.

  • Use the lathe to bore out the sleeve and make a new piston, rebuild it for real.

  • @SmallEngineMechanic good idea Mike, I'm going to need a bigger block if I want to make it the size I want, this will be the main attraction at jacktown!

  • nice video, I wonder how that rotating intake valve would work on a bigger two stroke? Instead of reed valves

  • @groutaone thanks clay!, I don't know it seems to work pretty good on this nitro engine!

  • Cox Engines use to maufacture a 0.25cc in the 1970s for aircraft I am sure the piston is smaller than this one but I dont have one anymore.

  • @MakeDoAndMend1 Correction they were 0.045cc and also a 0.022cc sizes for RC airplanes and boats.

  • @MakeDoAndMend1 wow yeah thtas tiny i have heard of cox they made the dragsters and funny cars right?

  • Nice job Buddy!! Mount it on a board and bring it to Jacktown!!☺

  • @805ROADKING do we have room in the truck for it? lol

  • Lil' racer! When did you become a partner! I almost called you lil raver!
