I can still go back to the old neighborhood without feeling resentment. I understand the notion that "most people love where they're from." That's PARTIALLY true. I two close friends, but the bullies made elementary school hell for a while. So, my parents got it rectified in 3rd grade, studied hard, graduated salutatorian, and am a rising senior at one of the nation's finest universities. I'm going to become a speech language pathologist to help other children from experiencing such unsolicited hatred.
I hate to use profane language. I try to refrain from getting too buck wild. However, those neighbors pulling up on their old childhood home, cursing them, and singling Toni Braxton out for "trespassing" was totally ridiculous. Not to mention, almost all of them are either incarcerated or working @ a fast food joint. Karma. I can't exactly agree wholeheartedly with Toni. I can still go back to the old neighborhood without feeling resentment. I understand the notion that "most people love where they're from." That's PARTIALLY true. I HATE that the school system there was so lackluster I almost had a panic attack worrying how I was going to keep up at this prestigious university. SMDH. Turns out, I adjusted quite well.

I understand where Toni is coming from--kids were mean to me in school because I had a speech impediment--couldn't pronounce "f" and "s" sounds. I two close friends, but the bullies made elementary school hell for a while. So, my parents got it rectified in 3rd grade, studied hard, graduated salutatorian, and am a rising senior at one of the nation's finest universities. I'm going to become a speech language pathologist to help other children from experiencing such unsolicited hatred.

I hate to use profane language. I try to refrain from getting too buck wild. However, those neighbors pulling up on their old childhood home, cursing them, and singling Toni Braxton out for "trespassing" was totally ridiculous. That bi*ch sounded like a fu*ing lunatic and I quote, "Get the fu*k off my property. I want a squad car to pick TONI BRAXTON up. She's trespassing." Are you serious?! I would've been elated that I lived next door to, or in the Braxton birth home. I just MUST say fu*k em!

@Zeebo89 You hit it on the nail! I couldn't tell who was who besides the parents and the boy child. They are like the Jacksons--skin lighting and nose jobs big time. That explains why their kids look the way the do because plastic surgery is not hereditary.

@Mslmcc007 I agree with the nose jobs but let's not act like Black people don't change complexions when they're young. I know I did until I got older. Plus the pictures look dark. Overall, it seems logical that their complexions would end up being like or close to that of their mother and father's. By the way bleaching the skin from head to toe is not an easy thing...you'd have to really hate your skin color to do this and I just don't think that's the case here.

I love this episode because it really show me how close they were to each other.I did not like the fact that their dad stood them up like that it hurted them alot because they start crying all at once.I know what tamar thought was a great ideal turn out so wrong.They has a right to get mad at him because them still are his kids.I couldn't believe that toni starts crying because you always see her hold it in.I love the show so much i hope yall come out with a season 2 that wuz up.
