You could buy the CDs if they're still in print. There are many AMVs on Youtube and other places that you can listen to them as well. I'm not going to advertise where I got mine personally.

For SEED there are image songs for Kira, Cagalli, Lacus, and Yzak
Destiny has a few more image songs for Kira, Lacus, Shinn, Stellar, Meyrin/Miri, Sting, Auel, Meer...(that's all I can think of for now)
