  • Dr. how many times do I have to do this? days, weeks, months or only once and it's out?

  • How deep, beneath the surface of the skin (1/2", 1.5"???), should you press down before pulling away?

  • What about a groin hernia? Is there any technique for that??

  • I like this guy. :)

  • question, I have hiatal hernia and since I have a few extra pounds I started excercising, can I do abdominal work out? or is it gonna make it worse? thanks

  • his description of the surgery is pretty funny. no mention of actually suturing the defect causing the hernia....lol

  • Great, what happens if the person is overweight? Can't see this method being effective if there's a lot of visceral fat blocking the way, which let's face it, will probably be the case as hiatus hernia happens often because of obesity. A better method I've heard of is drinking a glass or 2 of warm water and jumping off a low step, or hanging from a horizontal bar and bouncing the knees up and down. Btw, this guy looks like a bit of a perv.

  • perfectly safe.

  • is this safe

  • I think my chiropractor actually moved my stomach out of place when he tried to fix my hiatal hernia. Is this possible. Its been 2 weeks and I can barely bend over. I wasnt belching before he worked on me but now I belch a few times a day and usually I gotta force the belch to come up. It usually feels much better when I do. My main question is do you think he could have moved my stomach out of place or something else?

  • I HAVE A QUESTION PLEASE HELP ME ,i have GErd,cascade stomach and hiatal hernia and its choking me badly, would this exercise help me ?if the stomach is up in the chest ?,can i die from it from choking or lung compression causing lungs failure ? cand i choke to death in sleep sometimes i wake you choking

  • @Shadow0098 don't use you tube for a medical opinion! LOL

  • Hi, I have a 7 year old child who has had this condition since birth. He had a good period where he was fine for about 1 year, however it seems the condition has returned. He loves to play soccer but can't because he feels sick. At the moment he is throwing up ever 2 days and there is also blood in his vomit. We are seeking medical help. However, can this method be used to help him at his age too? What if it makes things worse?

  • wow lol 1 gallon is a lot of water , can only get 2/3rd of the way then almost throw up lol

  • @dionstrezlecki ya, ya gotta want it. but 2/3rds is probably enough.

  • excellent explanation

  • If you have to do it your self you may want to try the lumber jack method. Otherwise, have someone you know watch the video and do it for you. Many times people will swallow air unconsciencely. if this is the case, try swallowing enough air to burp it all out at once. I hope this helps.

  • I just found out I have a hiatal hernia. The worst thing I live with right now is shortness of breath, and it is so frustraing. I burp all the time, even when I havent eaten. Can I do this myself or should I go to a chiropractor? Do most chiropractors know this move? Thank you for the video!

  • @telepathicmissionary Check out this book. Second Edition MAP - The Co-Creative White Brotherhood Medical Assistance Program Author - Machaelle Small Wright

Open a coning and your team will be able to work at it... Map conings have worked wonders for me.

  • i will try that

  • I have to try this 1 gallon water method...but if it's safe?

  • @kc2ine did you try it? how's your hernia

  • does anyone know someone in new york that can do these adjustments?

  • great video, thanks - finally somebody explained it right and easy.

  • have tried to email you

  • @jonathanbell70 whats up?

  • visceral manipulations? no belching, no pain here.

"...a ball of nerves gathered by tension" ? it's not just tissue that has lost elasticity and protrudes? what if it's a small hernia and not under the ribs? would it still work if a chiropractor or whoever can do this pulls on the stomach?

  • @GarbageState cant hurt to try.

  • @telepathicmissionary since first learning about visceral manipulations in 2006 i asked several chiropractors to do it on me. one, a co-worker, never heard of it but was willing to try. another knew nothing about it and did not want to try.
