  • "If you use the breaks, it catches on fire."

    Wow.

  • tires are too dam small...

  • i like your helmet. dickhead

  • i had a friend die becuse of no helmet and guess what he was driving the same type of gocart as you.

  • Thats awesome, can u make me one too! lol...

  • Just a prety feeble aluminium sprocket carrier that came on the original kart! three bolt about 60mm pcd, that survived, but we tried gearing it up to near 1/1 and welded small sprocket to axle, (against my advice, it bent the axle enough to ruin bearings and make it vibrate like hell) and it pulled the engine mounts enough for the chain to jump. It sits redundant in that state now....

  • @icecreamvanman that'l teach ya

  • haha, poor little tires :-)

  • Fuck a helmet

  • Ill give you $1100 for it

  • I'm pretty sure it's in Shipston-on-Stour. Seen you driving that little monster around industrial estate (the new biuld road). Swear it was you anyway :D

  • is that in corby ??

  • LMAO!!

  • I WANT ONE!!!

  • no helmet.....smart one skippy

    Im highly jealous...

  • Vrrmm Vrrmm... here we go!

  • Just excellent

  • Nice Helmet ^^

  • made you watch the vid and comment though.....

  • @icecreamvanman What type of sprocket carrier does it have as mine has just broke,it,s a cbr 600 motor and very similar looks wise as yours, any help would be much appreciated.

  • personally, ida just left the motor in the bike.. but thats just me ;) lol

  • No correct, we didnt build the original chassis, that was snotted together someone else, or the engine, because we dont have casting and machining facilities and Honda have done a better job than we could. As for the rest of it, theres quite a few hours in making gearshift, brake system, clutch, axle, fuel system, chassis reinforcement, wing, cooling, wiring, steering. Send us a link to some of the stuff you have made...I'm sure to be impressed.

  • No point asking this guy any questions regarding the build because he didn't even build it!!

  • is it a CBR or a GSXR? It cant be both.

  • race that on the streets lol you can beat anyone and cops cant catch you

  • no vids of u actually going fast and revving it out??

  • That is sick man good job

  • You need to go to spelling school and get your money back!! haha

  • it is elagle to ride on the street

  • @brodie1543 Nice spelling.....

  • How-To-Build Super Go-Kart "Plans" Now Available

  • doido pacaraio

  • Yeah, well ill give you a shout when i finish my kart and have posted a vid. Its fuking awesome!!! Even if i do say so myself. :)

  • Seriously what kind of question is that? Uhhh ran dem to da front uhhh...oh ya with zip ties

  • If you have to ask 'how did you fit the clutch/throttle cable?', then a project like this might be a little ambitious for you.... Start with the toys you get in a Kinder-egg and just learn your way up from there...

  • When u installed the throttle cable, clutch cable, and the shifter how did u do it?

  • how much did it cost

  • How do you get the clutch to work?

  • Interested in selling it??? Let me know!!!

  • we did make a 2.0 cal spud gun on oxygen and propane... wil that do?

  • I like it, but it lacks a .50 caliber machine gun...

  • where the hell can u buy one of thouse!? i want one! D:

    '

  • i have bin there were u record that video

  • ... mario cart on dope...

  • that thing sounds boss.

  • that is crazy !

  • dont hate

  • BRITISH ENGINEERING!!! At least someone still recognises that we exist! I have honestly never had my senses overwhelmed in the same way as planting the throttle in second, you cant think fast enough. You are at 60 mph in the blink of an eye, and no longer going in a straight line. We are building a Cinqueciento with a Blackbird 1100 cc motor in at the moment, a few delays, but we are hoping to be running by the end of the summer. There will be a vid as soon as the tyres are spinning!

  • You gotta love good old british engineering, never have i sat i the pub and drunk enough beer to convince me putting a 1100cc in the back of a cart would be a good idea. But you gotta love the people that do

Gotta ask, how brave have you been drinving the monster because i'd crap my pants before getting out of secong gear.

    Nice work

  • it looked like there was only a clutch on,no brake. where is the brake located?

  • That sounds far away, looks awesome now. I'm now building a rear wheel drive 106 with an 1100cc Kawasaki engine in it's got full cage, cossie breaks mk 2 escort rear coil overs and hubs custom drive shafts cosworth LSD that will be good when it's done

  • In shipston on stour. Same cbr motor. Higher geared. Rewired. Column gearshift. Foot clutch. Modified brake master cyl. Same shit caliper! Mini rad. Escort fan and new fuel pump/tank

  • No way man that's mad we only chucked it together in a couple days, it looks sick now is it still in cov have you changed the engine ?

  • Hello all, a few answers...

cost about 1000 quid all in. engine bolted solid to chassis via welded on mounts, engine centred, stock 30mm axle, you tighten the chain by moving the axle forward and back in slotted holes.

  • How hard was it to get the engine mounts in there, did u get the engine bang on center? what rear axle did u use? how do u adjust the chain, or do u just put a new chain on, when it wears loose? thanks. tom.

  • @icecreamvanman how much did it cost you to build it altogether? (engine, brakes, frame, wing etc)

  • no helmet?

  • @Remyeijssen helmets are for girls

  • @ozzycarnut

its also for protecting ur head and not thinking stupid

  • @TheSupraTRD its called a joke. you know, 'ha ha ...(laugh / chuckle)', humour etc. you know what that is right?

  • @ozzycarnut

say that again when your head hits the road.

  • queis vender

  • it sound like an sti

  • Almost sounds like a suby at low revs.

  • I was on a bus in Sweden in 1970 and this chap came down the street in a go-kart. Cool stuff Ben.

  • My advice in hindsight would be to start with a go-kart chassis that already has front brakes, you could use two discs and calipers next to each other on the rear axle.

  • It does have brakes of sorts, there is a single caliper at the back, with a disc like a milk bottle top, but it just catches fire if you use it though. We were just thinking how fast it would go when we were building it, stopping it never really came in to our minds.

  • @icecreamvanman I've often thought this would just be too tempting for words - plenty of go kart chassis out there, plenty of big bikes... do you reckon you'd have room on the axle(s) to incorporate discs off a larger bike?

  • @icecreamvanman ehh stops good enough...

  • where the brakes on the kart?
