@DubsieUK - DotA was created by some guy (don't know who exactly at the moment), and IceFrog took over it's development because he saw potential in it. Later this guy that started Riot Games joined in with IceFrog but left it to him to start the said company, transfering this game to a new engine and fixed some stuff which raise it above DotA and it Warcraft 3 engine limitations.

And Kassadin itself has many influences, such as Raziel from Soul Reaver, Darth Vader, Protoss unit, and such...

@SmockinAce90 I rember they had a fight, Karthus threw himself in between them, saying something about "protecting the inhibitor", and Kog'maw was attracted to the fight whcihc is how the League authorities came to know about it in the first place, Did they have another fight or something? Or did they retcon some of the lore? I don't remember anything about a fight in zaun's sewers or about anyone's daughter.
